2026 SUMMER SKILLS CAMP

July 28th - 30th - Summer Skills Camp - $175.00

The Respect Basketball Summer Skills Camp is here to provide training to knock the summer rust off for the upcoming fall season. These on-court sessions are designed to be intense and at a maximum pace to take your game to the next level. Our Summer Skills Camp will include:

3-Hour In-Person Sessions from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (U11-U13) and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (U15+)

2026 PLATINUM ELITE CAMP

July 20th - 24th - Respect Platinum Elite Camp - $475.00

This camp is designed to push your limits. Meaning, every player attending would have been selected by their respective coach. The platinum experience camp is an off season camp for high-level athletes looking to take their skills and game IQ to the next level. 

It's a 5-day, 6-hour experience from July 20th to 24th. Athletes will partake in high intensity on court, dry land, and classroom sessions. We will break down the basics from dribbling, shot mechanics, how to break down a defender, creating your own shot, etc. Classroom sessions will include in depth conversations about what makes a good teammate, understanding your role within a team setting, how to utilize your skills set to help the team achieve more, pre- and post-game routines, how to mentally prepare and eliminate distractions pregame, what coaches are looking for, etc. We will also have guest speakers as so much more! Workouts will be designed and paced at a college level to help athletes achieve their goals. 

Whether its making your school team, increasing your role on your school team, or preparing for a college/universty tryout - This camp is for YOU!

2026 RESPECT SCHOOL PREP TRAINING

This training program is designed to prepare you for your school season. Straight from the minds of our collegiate coaches. Each session will be 3 hours of gym time and one hour in the weight room. In the gym we will be placing a strong emphasis on things all coaches look for in a student athlete. For example, strong fundamentals (footwork, passing, ball handling) as well as basketball IQ, like how to set and use a good screen, what to do without the ball, and how to communicate with your teammates.  

 
For every training session, the coach will focus on shooting technique, speed, coordination, strength and endurance. Each session has a training plan.
 
Drills include ball handling, shooting, layups, dribbling, fakes and passing. This training will be both physically and mentally challenging.  Each session, participants will work on agility, mobility, strength training, stability, speed, jumping power and conditioning.  It is very important to work on building team spirit, and mental toughness. During this class, individuals will get a full body stretch using movements that will increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, focus on core strength, and help improve muscular balance. 
 
 The weight room sessions will be a fun class that uses upbeat music to create an exciting environment that will help transform your body. Learn about technique and many different exercises that you can apply to your own exercise program. 
 
What does each training session look like?
 
Training typically consists of five phases:
 
• Warm Up
• Main Workout
• Practice Game
• Cool Down
• Fitness Lab
 
Each week we aim to increase intensity and focus as we look to give our student athletes the best chance at success. Our aim is to not only have our athletes make their respective school teams, but also stand out by the way they think, act and play the game. Sessions will be fast paced, as we look to cover as many aspects of the game as possible.
 
Sessions will begin September 13th - November 15th on select dates
 
September: 13th, 20th, 27th
October: 4th, 18th, 25th
November: 1st, 15th
